I received an email from Alan this evening about the passing of Dr. Art 
Tucker.

Dear Kathy,

     Art Tucker, retired professor at Delaware State and a longtime BSW member known to many
of us, died on Sunday.  He was hospitalized last week, but I don't know the cause of death.

     I think members would appreciate an announcement.
