[Botsocwash] (BSW) April 2 meeting + Field trips + MISC

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, April 2 and will be hybrid.  It will
start at 7pm with Zoom doors opening by 6:30.  For those who are coming in
person and wish to go, we're planning to return to the custom of having
dinner with the speaker beforehand at the Elephant and Castle Pub and
Restaurant, 1201 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington. Phone 202-347-7707.
Time and other details will be provided in a future email.

The speaker on April 2 will be Carlos Machado of the Department of Biology
at the University of Maryland. Topic: TBA

Spring Field Trips

The first trip is coming up a week from Saturday.

Four Saturday trips are planned.  There will be two to Bear Island near
Great Falls on March 30 and April 13; and on April 6, a trip to Turkey Run.
Finally, and further afield, a trip to Ferry Hill near Sharpsburg on April
20. All trips are rain or shine. Trip information can be found here:
