[BSW] Change of date for January + Root liqueur

Because of concerns about the proximity of the normal meeting day to New 
Year's, the meeting is now going to be on January 17 instead of January 3.

The speaker will be Dr. Susan Pell of the United States Botanic Garden. 
Her topic: U.S. Botanic Garden Exhibits
